I-beam Frames

Like the skeleton of a human body, the structural i-beam system works together to create efficient and rugged support resulting in extremely strong metal buildings with limitless design capabilities. Superior design and complete in-house engineering make our steel i-beam buildings amongst the highest quality in the industry. This rigid i-beam frame design provides a clearspan, unobstructed interior building space that is ideal for manufacturing, storage, recreational or virtually any use.

If you require any type of space, our ibeam steel buildings can be customized to suit your specific needs. Other companies only sell pre-determined sizes from third party suppliers. Since we design our own structures, we have full control over every aspect of the building design. We can make any width, length, or height. You can choose your own layout to optimize the building to meet your specific use.

Notable Features Used in Our Building Kits

Galvanized Girts, Purlins & C-Sections
We do not use cheap red oxide primer (sometimes referred to as red-iron) in our buildings. The galvanized steel finish prevents rust and extends the longevity of the building. Great for use in high humidity climates.
Upgraded Long Life Self Drilling Fasteners
Upgraded fasteners offer rust prevention and prevent rust drip stains on roof and walls that you often see with cheaper zinc fasteners.
26 gauge PBR Roof Panels
Our factory wall and roof panels provide greater overlap than standard steel panels. A greater overlap on the roof panel translates into superior leak protection. The purlin bearing rib provides a full overlap, which means our buildings are weather tight even in the most extreme weather conditions.
Galvalume® Roof Coating
Galvalume is an aluminum/zinc coating which protects the roof sheeting against rust. It requires no maintenance or paint to retain its original luster. It is comprised of 55% aluminum, 44% zinc and 1% silicone. Galvalume roof panels are heat reflective, and perform well above EPA Energy Star standards for energy efficient roofing materials.
Silicone-Polyester Coating
Our sidewall panels come in a variety of popular colors with a 30 year limited warranty against cracking or flaking. The paint has a silicone polyester finish with a substrate galvanized coating beneath the paint providing further protection against rust.

Design and Engineer

Our engineers will work with you to determine your local snow/wind/seismic code requirements and engineer your building kit to meet and exceed your local design code. All rigid frame building kits are engineered specifically for your site and will include stamped drawings specific to your state.

Manufacture and Deliver

Our factory will precision manufacture your building kit to the exact specifications. Engineering and manuals are always sent in advance of the building delivery. Once completed, we will carefully package and deliver to your job site.
